Who is Cereset Nashville and what should we know about you?
We are a brain wellness center in Green Hills. Our name is derived from two words, CEREbrum (brain) and RESET, which describe how the technology assists the brain to reset itself to restore its natural rhythm and balance. Cereset’s patented BrainEcho® technology is non-invasive, safe, and highly effective to support restful sleep, stress relief, and clear thinking. The process uses only brain-initiated sound to relax the brain, allowing it to free itself from either a freeze or fight-or-flight state. Franchise owner Kaylene Logan is passionate about supporting people in their individual healing and wellness journeys and is excited to make this technology available again in the greater Nashville area.

What is unique about your business that makes you stand out?
Cereset® is the only proven technology that is non-invasive and highly effective to help your brain to relax and reset itself, enabling you to achieve higher levels of well-being and balance throughout your life. Dr. Charles Tegeler, Neurologist at Wake Forest School of Medicine, is the lead researcher in brain mirroring technology, and has demonstrated in multiple clinical trials the brain’s capacity to self-regulate its own healing. Cereset seeks to relax the brain by providing it with a resonant mirror or BrainEcho™, so that it can see and reset itself on its own terms rather than attempting to retrain the brain using willpower. It is a more passive process of releasing stuck memories and stuck traumas than desensitization therapy.

What’s your biggest goal for your company this year?
Cereset® exists to relieve the world of the effects of trauma and stress on the human body, giving hope and inspiration while helping people to achieve their true potential and highest level of well-being. Our mission is to restore hope for clients, support individual freedom from stuck stress, and support Nashville’s healing from the traumas and stressors of the past few years. We hope to serve 200 new clients in our first year of business.

What has been the most valuable aspect of your Chamber membership?
The Chamber provided a huge support to us for our Grand Opening, not only participating in a beautiful ribbon-cutting ceremony at our office, but also by promoting our event on their website and helping us to make connections with other businesses in the area. It has been great to feel part of the business community and to know that others are cheering us on in our new endeavor.
