The early voting period for Davidson County will begin on Friday, August 25 and conclude on Saturday, September 9. Individuals are free to choose a convenient location, as there are no assigned locations for early voting. Sites will be open during the day, some evenings, and on Saturdays. The waits are usually shorter than on Election Day, and if you need to update your address, the process can be completed more quickly than on Election Day. The deadline to request an Absentee Ballot is September 7. However, it is recommended by USPS that the Absentee Ballot be mailed by September 1 to ensure its arrival.
The Runoff Election Day is scheduled for Thursday, September 14. On this day, it is mandatory to vote at your assigned polling location.
