Local entrepreneurs have less than three weeks left to apply for Catalyst, an EO Nashville program created to give small business owners of all industries and background the tools, support and skills needed to thrive in today’s business environment.
‚”Time and again, we hear from Catalyst participants about the transformative impact this program has on their business,” said Sameera Lowe, executive director of EO Nashville. ‚”Last year’s Catalyst group saw an average of 62 percent revenue growth and employed 60 more Nashvillians. Those kinds of results speak for themselves.”
To qualify for EO’s Catalyst program, applicants must be the founder, co-founder or controlling shareholder of a business with at least $250,000 in gross revenue. Those interested in learning more can attend information sessions scheduled for Tuesday, Sept. 12, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and Tuesday, Sept. 19, from 7:30 to 9 a.m. Information sessions will be held at the Nashville Entrepreneur Center at 41 Peabody and those interested can register at the following link: https://eonashville.wufoo.com/forms/catalyst-info-events-2023/.
Applications for the Catalyst program can be submitted at eonashville.com/catalyst and are due on Sunday, Sept. 24.
‚”EO Nashville is the largest EO chapter in the U.S., which is no surprise when you consider Nashville’s entrepreneurial spirit,” said Lowe. ‚”Our members average $12.2 million in sales and employ 15,000 Nashvillians. With Catalyst, up-and-coming entrepreneurs get mentorship from EO members who continue to succeed and lead our city’s business community.”
The 18-month program begins with classes and workshops over the course of six months led by renowned entrepreneurs Michael Burcham and Matt Charette. Catalyst members then spend a year participating in forums, mentoring and networking opportunities. They also benefit from access to leading experts who can provide counsel and strategy support.
