Investor Development Manager

Serves as development representative to recruit and help retain new members and investors to the Chamber. Primary responsibility is securing new investors to support the Chamber’s economic development initiative, Partnership 2030. Identifies strong potential prospects to generate outbound leads and sales opportunities. Proactively contacts corporations and community entities to make asks and encourage them to invest in Partnership 2030. Meets with prospective companies individually to deliver the value proposition of being engaged in Partnership 2030. Accountable for managing a prospect sales funnel to achieve or exceed revenue recruitment goals.

Director of Apprenticeships

Responsibility for the development and implementation of a regional initiative to expand apprenticeships to help more employers meet their talent needs and more Middle Tennesseans achieve economic mobility. This includes developing a deep understanding of the apprenticeship landscape, building direct pipelines of employers to apprenticeship initiatives, and identifying opportunities to remove barriers to scaling existing programs or opening new apprenticeships. This position’s primary responsibilities include the development and leadership of a new apprenticeship initiative and facilitation of stakeholder input into a long-term structure to support continued apprenticeship growth.
