-Answer insured members questions on policies
-Answering any alerts and communicate on behalf of member insured policies
-Occasionally quoting and binding new policies
-Walk insured members through all policy binding requirements (included but not limited to downloading apps, electronically signing docs, etc)
-Posting on behalf of agency for social media
-Keep record of lead sources effectiveness and trends
-Work in conjunction with Agency Owner on fine tuning the office practices
-Assist with onboarding new employees
-Trouble shoot/update/etc electrical equipment in office (including but not limited to laptops, GrassHopper phone system, printer, etc)
