Nashville, TN – Chamberlain House, 345 contemporary residences in historic Germantown, will host a groundbreaking celebration at 912 2nd Avenue North on Wednesday, September 25 at 10:30 a.m. The 249 one-bedroom and 96 two-bedroom units project will welcome the first residents at the beginning of 2026.

EOA Architects, along with Manuel Zeitlin Architects and Proffitt Dixon Partners also teamed on the recently completed Queens Wedgewood Houston, a 221-unit mixed-use development featuring residential, restaurant (Mercado by Butchertown and Ramones), and office spaces.
Chamberlain House will feature EnergyStar Certified stainless-steel appliances, oversized windows, quartz countertops, and keyless smart entry, among other amenities, with a target achievement of green buildings certification through the National Association of Home Builder’s NAHB Green Buildings Program. Outdoor amenities include a resort-style saltwater pool and outdoor spa, an oversized outdoor pet park and pet spa, a 2,000-square-foot rooftop deck, courtyards with grills and fire pits, bicycle storage, and direct greenway access.
Leasing is scheduled to begin in December 2025.
