How do you stay involved in the community?
I’m actively engaged in Nashville’s health and wellness community, particularly in the running scene. You’ll often find me running with the Exchange Running Collective a 6RUN5 – groups dedicated to fostering an inclusive, long-lasting running culture while driving social change and strengthening community ties. When I’m not running, I enjoy hopping into a cycling class or embracing the challenge of a cold plunge.
