We are a franchise group growing the Venture X brand in the Nashville area and are excited to open the first one in Downtown Nashville in Spring 2025!

We are seeking a fun, energetic, friendly, hospitality-focused, customer service-driven Community Coordinator to join our team in Nashville, TN. In this role, you will collaborate with the Community Manager to provide a high-level of customer service and assist members and guests in a warm and professional demeanor. This location is in historic downtown Nashville.

Job Type: Full-time, non-exempt

Pay: $37,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year

Position Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Community Manager in scheduling tours
  • Greet prospective members at time of tour and capture information
  • Assist in community initiatives designed to develop connections between members
  • Create a collaborative environment for members through events and personal introductions
  • Make signs for events to ensure a successful event
  • Assist with events as needed with set-up and breakdown, ordering food and beverages; flexibility to adjust schedule to host events is highly preferred
  • Assist with providing proposals and pricing on events and/or meeting room
  • Process members’ move in and move outs
  • Perform front desk services including answering phones and greeting guests
  • Perform mail and package sorting and distribution in a timely manner
  • Maintain package tracking log for receipt and delivery of members packages
  • Provide notification of packages as needed with applicable charges as needed
  • Maintain Current Customer List which includes new members and removal of former members
  • Set up and maintain all member files
  • Set up and maintain all mail folders and/or mailboxes
  • Prepare, audit, and maintain all 1583 forms with IDs for all Virtual Members
  • Issue access cards and mailbox keys and maintain reconciliation with Management Company
  • Schedule office resets for turnover which includes painting, carpet cleaning and/or furniture.
  • Troubleshoot printing, internet, and phone requests.
  • Make ready each conference room prior to and after each use
  • Confirm Conference Room bookings Book conference rooms as requested
  • Maintain tidy and cleanliness of Café throughout the day
  • Perform opening and/or closing duties of the office
  • Assist managing stock on consumables and office supplies
  • Maintain company standards and expectations of the appearance of the office space
  • Provide 100% effective and friendly
  • Customer Service with all current and potential members
  • Provide a timely response to all reported issues by members until resolution
  • Resolve member issues with professionalism, empathy, and patience
  • Offer beverage for entering prospective members or member clients
