As the Benefits Administrator, you’ll be the architect of seamless benefits administration, ensuring their team members receive the support and resources they need to thrive. Your expertise will bridge the gap between complex benefits programs and our valued workforce, fostering a culture of well-being and security.
Responsibilities:
In-Office: Free parking provided. 5 days per week in the downtown Nashville office preferred.
Financial Stewardship: Masterfully reconcile and manage benefits invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
Problem Resolution: Act as a detective, investigating and resolving billing and coverage discrepancies to maintain employee trust.
Record Integrity: Maintain meticulous records of benefits transactions, ensuring compliance and audit readiness.
Employee Advocate: Serve as the go-to expert for all benefits inquiries, providing prompt and empathetic assistance.
Collaborative Partner: Work closely with property HR leaders to facilitate smooth benefits communication and processing.
Enrollment Expert: Guide employees through enrollment, changes, and terminations, simplifying complex processes.
Education & Communication: Craft clear and engaging communications to educate employees about their benefits.
Open Enrollment Champion: Lead the annual open enrollment process, ensuring a seamless experience for all.
Compliance Guardian: Uphold strict adherence to federal and state regulations, including HIPAA, COBRA, and ACA.
Life Event Specialist: Process qualifying life events with precision and efficiency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with HR, payroll, and external vendors to optimize benefits administration.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Generate insightful reports for internal and external audits.
Process Innovator: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction.
Industry Knowledge: Stay abreast of industry trends and regulations to maintain best practices.
HR Financial Support: Assist with other HR related financial duties.
