Our thoughts are with those who are experiencing power outages or damage to their homes and businesses. We are deeply grateful for all first responders and utility workers who have kept our community safe during these icy conditions. We know that Nashville’s collaborative spirit will continue to shine as we come together to ensure our neighbors have the resources they need during this time.

    • If you need assistance with damage from the Jan 2026 Winter Storms, call the number above to ask for help. All services are free, but service is not guaranteed due to the overwhelming need. This hotline will remain open through February 13, 2026. We will connect you with volunteers from local relief organizations, community groups and faith communities who may be able to assist with:

      • Pile debris & garbage at curb
      • Tarping roofs 
      • Muck out
