Role Overview
As an Outside Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling residential and commercial security solutions in Nashville, TN and surrounding areas, using both self-generated leads and company-provided leads. You’ll be tasked with cultivating relationships with existing customers, building new partnerships within the community, and meeting sales goals in an assigned territory.
This is a full-time outside sales role, offering flexibility with remote work and a hybrid work environment. Your primary responsibilities will focus on prospecting, sales-related activities, networking, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Marketing: Promote Preventia’s security solutions to potential clients in your assigned territory.
- Prospecting & Networking: Actively prospect new residential and light commercial customers. Attend networking and industry events.
- Client Relationship Management: Manage an existing book of business to ensure customer satisfaction and generate referrals.
- Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- CRM Management: Keep customer relationship management (CRM) data up to date, ensuring accurate tracking of all sales activities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the operational team to ensure a smooth handoff for closed sales and successful customer onboarding.
- Continuous Learning: Stay informed and be a student of the sales process to improve your skills.
