Position Description / Responsibilities

We are seeking dedicated and vigilant Security Guards to join our team. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients. This position requires proactive individuals who can effectively monitor premises, deter criminal activity, and respond to emergencies. A background in law enforcement or military service is highly desirable. Must have a current Unarmed Tennessee Guard License with Dallas Law training. Start date can be as soon as the next day depending on the candidate interview process.

Position Requirements

  • Must be able to work weekends
  • Previous experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is preferred.
  • Knowledge of first aid and CPR certification is a plus.
  • Familiarity with surveillance systems (CCTV) and loss prevention techniques.
  • Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Must be able to pass background checks as required by company policy.
  • Must be able to provide 3 professional references from previous work experience.
