A committed advocate for employee ownership, he co-founded 40 Million Owners and Southeast Acquisition Capital to expand ownership models and create value for employee-owned companies.
Prior to 3LS, he managed a $200 million portfolio at MAPFRE USA and co-managed ESG funds at MAPFRE Asset Management in Madrid. He began his career as an equity analyst at Jetstream Capital and held roles at Stephens Inc. and Avondale Partners.
