Who is Prince St. Pizza and what should we know about you?
Prince St. Pizza was born in New York City and quickly became known for our iconic square Sicilian slice and our thick, hand-cut pepperoni. Our Nashville location brings that same New York energy and cult-favorite recipes to Music City, offering guests an experience that is equal parts neighborhood staple and destination worth traveling for. We are not just a pizza place. We are a culture.

What is unique about your business that makes you stand out?
The pepperoni cup is our signature. Our crispy, grease-pooled pepperoni rounds have earned us a following that spans coasts and generations. Beyond the product, we are deeply embedded in music, art, and pop culture. Prince St. Pizza has always existed at the intersection of food and community, and Nashville feels like a natural home for that identity.

How do you stay involved in the community?
Community is central to everything we do. Whether it is partnering with local businesses, supporting charitable causes, or simply showing up as a gathering place for neighbors and visitors alike, we believe a great pizza spot should also be a great community asset. We are excited to deepen our roots in Nashville and explore more ways to give back as we grow here.

Are there new markets or demographics you are targeting?
Nashville is itself a statement about our growth direction. We see incredible opportunity with music fans, creative professionals, families, and the wave of new residents who have made this city their home. We are also investing in loyalty and digital engagement to make sure both regulars and first-timers feel connected to the Prince St. Pizza experience wherever they find us.

What differentiates your business from your competition?
Authenticity and culture. Our recipes have not changed because they do not need to. We source quality ingredients, we stay true to our New York roots, and we build genuine relationships with the communities we enter. We are not trying to be everything to everyone. We are the best version of what we are, and our guests feel that.

How do you stay informed about industry trends and changes?
We stay curious. That means listening closely to our guests, staying plugged into the broader hospitality and food culture conversation, and maintaining strong relationships with peers across the industry. Nashville has an incredible restaurant community, and we are eager to learn from and contribute to it.
