The Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce is excited to enter into a planning year focused on the future and redesign of the Chamber’s Education Report.
For over 30 years, the Chamber’s Education Report has provided a community-driven perspective on student success, offering constructive recommendations to support our schools and impact student success. As our region continues to grow, this year we’re taking a fresh look at how this work can have even greater regional impact.
Why Now?
Middle Tennessee’s future depends on how well we prepare students for the jobs and opportunities ahead. From classrooms to career pathways, schools and employers across our region are working to support student success, and they often face similar challenges and opportunities.
This planning year gives us the chance to listen deeply, strengthen partnerships, and explore how a more regional approach can better reflect the voices and needs of our entire 10-county footprint.
What’s Ahead
Over the coming months, we’ll be meeting with educators, employers, community leaders, and alumni of our past efforts to better understand what’s working and where we can go further, together. The end goal is to develop a refreshed, regional Education & Workforce Report that highlights promising practices, aligns with workforce needs, and supports shared success across counties.
While the format may evolve, our core commitment remains the same: bringing people together across sectors to build better outcomes for students and communities.
