Who is Hilton Garden Inn Nashville Downtown and what should we know about you?
The Hilton Garden Inn Nashville Downtown is powered by a team of seasoned hospitality professionals who have worked across Nashville’s hotel landscape and are proud to call HGI home. Guided by the supportive, team-focused leadership of Dimension Hospitality, we believe every team member brings unique strengths to the table, and we’re always striving to be better today than we were yesterday.

We love what we do, take great pride in caring for our guests and clients, and are excited to continue building something special in Nashville’s SoBro neighborhood.

Are there new markets or demographics you are targeting?
Did you know the Hilton Garden Inn can host business meetings for up to 150 attendees, complete with seamless audio-visual capabilities, conveniently located meeting rooms, and custom menus curated by our Michelin-rated executive chef? Or that we offer more than 100 double-queen guestrooms—ideal for citywide conventions, sports teams, and group travel?

Guests can also enjoy our vibrant lobby bar for after-work networking or our lower-level sports bar, the perfect place to gather before a Predators game. As Nashville continues to grow, we’re excited to connect with new meeting planners, sports groups, and convention attendees who may not yet realize everything our hotel has to offer. Now you do.

What is unique about your business that makes you stand out?
What truly sets us apart is our all-women sales team—an experienced group of hospitality professionals who bring passion, precision, and personality to every partnership. From the first inquiry to the final detail, you’ll experience attentive communication, thoughtful planning, and a team that genuinely cares about the success of your event or stay. We take great pride in our work and are committed to making every experience at our hotel seamless, memorable, and uniquely Nashville.

Can you share why the Nashville region is a good place to do business?
The Nashville region continues to be one of the most exciting places to do business. Davidson County is welcoming, innovative, and still has tremendous room for growth. What makes Nashville special is its ability to blend the best qualities from across the country—the sophistication of markets like California, the strong business mindset often associated with Texas, and the efficiency and drive of cities like New York—while maintaining the warmth and hospitality the South is known for.

Add in a collaborative business culture, great weather, and easy airlift through Nashville International Airport, and it’s easy to see why so many companies and professionals are choosing to invest in Music City.

How do you stay involved in the community?
Our team stays involved in the Nashville community through a variety of networking and industry organizations. Our Executive Meetings Manager participates in Heels & Handshakes and Young Professionals groups that focus on connection and women’s empowerment, while our Director of Sales is active in the Tennessee Business Travel Association, strengthening relationships between buyers and sellers in the travel industry.

We also attend Sell Nashville meetings to stay connected with fellow hoteliers. Nashville’s hospitality community is uniquely collaborative—we genuinely support one another, our clients, and the continued growth of our city.

What do you want to be known for in the business community?
We want to be known as a trusted hospitality partner in the Nashville business community. While we may not be the newest hotel in the neighborhood, we’re experiencing a renaissance of our own—bringing fresh energy, thoughtful service, and renewed pride to every event and guest stay.

In a fast-moving industry, we believe in the power of real relationships: in-person meetings, meaningful follow-ups, and personalized touches. When you work with us, you can expect a seamless experience and a team dedicated to exceeding expectations.
