Director of Public Policy

The Director of Public Policy leads and implements the Chamber’s efforts in relationship-building, initiatives, programs, and lobbying in Metro Nashville/Davidson County to serve the Chamber’s strategic objectives. The Director of Public Policy leads special projects of significance at the Metro Nashville/Davidson County level on behalf of the Chamber, including, but not limited to, creating the annual Metro legislative agenda, lobbying to the agenda and producing the annual Metro Council Legislative Scorecard. The Director of Public Policy provides assistance on State policy, livability, and other Chamber efforts as needed.

Manager, Livability

The Manager of Livability supports the Chamber’s efforts in improving livability in the region and ensuring that the region continues to be a great place to live and do business. While mobility, housing, and childcare will be the primary focus, other topics that affect the quality of life in the Nashville area will also be addressed. The Manager assists with a range of projects, including, but not limited to, Leadership Study Mission, Vital Signs, and Moving Forward. The Manager provides support to other Chamber work, including public policy efforts at the State and Metro levels, as needed.
