Habitat for Humanity of Greater Nashville, located at 414 Harding Place, Ste. 100, Nashville, TN 37211, (615) 254-4663, builds homes, communities, and hope in a five county region: Davidson, Wilson, Cheatham, Dickson and Robertson counties. Habitat’s empowering homeownership program provides opportunities for hardworking Middle Tennesseans to purchase quality affordable homes with a 0% APR mortgage, thanks to Habitat’s generous sponsors and donors. Habitat of Greater Nashville operates three ReStores, a home, office and building supplies social retail operation, to help support its affordable homeownership program. The ReStores are located in Davidson and Dickson counties, with the Wilson ReStore currently under construction expanding its floor space. Habitat of Greater Nashville, in operation since 1985, welcomed its 1,000 homeowner December of 2022.
