Job Summary:
The Lithographics, Inc. Digital Storefront Web Designer creates a customized storefront in the Lithographics portal personalized to the customer’s expectations. Litho Flow is Lithographics’ Online Ordering System that gives customers extensive accessto ordering, customizing, proofing, and tracking purchases. The ideal Digital Storefront Web Designer will work in conjunction with the Sales personnel and be able to conceptualize and implement high-level requirements that are in line with the customer’s needs into the interactive Litho Flow site. This is a client facing job function that involves direct interaction with customers.
Responsibilities:
- Meets with clients to discuss and understand the goals of the Litho Flow; helps clients visualize a general concept and framework.
- Presents initial concept wireframe to customer; continually modifies and consults with customer to meet the customer’s needs and wants.
- Applying visual imagery for Litho Flow and ensuring that they are in line with Customer’s brand.
- Provides ongoing site maintenance, testing, updates, and support.
- Meet with the client to “launch” Litho Flow Site and providing training as needed.
- Working with software developers (EPS) to solve client issues
- Perform other related duties as required.
