Position Overview:
The Donor Relations Manager at Nashville Repertory Theatre is a key member of the Development Team, supporting a dynamic, multi-strategy fundraising operation. This role is responsible for the seamless execution of donor events, data management, and stewardship strategies that strengthen donor relationships and advance the organization’s fundraising goals. Working cross-departmentally, the Donor Relations Manager helps implement development plans, track gifts, and ensure consistent and thoughtful donor engagement through events, communications, and data insights.

Key Responsibilities:
Individual Donor Relations & Stewardship
- Assist with donor engagement activities including gift entry, donor acknowledgments, and resolution of ticketing issues.
- Support ongoing stewardship processes to ensure timely, personalized communication and donor satisfaction.
- Partner with the Development Team and Executive Director to conduct donor research and assist with targeted outreach.
Fundraising Campaigns & Events
- Support the execution of the annual fundraising campaign, including direct mail and email solicitations.
- Help implement special events, especially Broadway Brunch, with responsibilities including volunteer coordination, auction management, ticketing, and general event logistics.
- Provide administrative support across fundraising initiatives to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
Data & Database Management
- Own and maintain accurate records of donors, patrons, prospects, and volunteers, both electronically and in hard copy.
- Ensure timely gift processing and acknowledgment in the donor database.
- Utilize Tessitura and other systems to track development metrics and support donor communications.
