Hattori Nori | Nashville, TN (L&L Market)

The Art of the Hand Roll. Hattori Nori is Nashville’s newest premium hand roll bar, bringing an authentic Japanese counter dining experience to Music City. We believe great sushi is about simplicity, precision, hospitality, and craftsmanship. Every hand roll is made to order and served immediately—one at a time. We’re looking for passionate individuals who take pride in their work and want to be part of building something special from the ground up.

Position Requirements

What You’ll Do

  •  Prepare premium fish and ingredients with precision
  • Roll hand rolls consistently and efficiently in front of guests
  • Deliver exceptional hospitality and engage with guests at the chef’s counter
  • Maintain immaculate cleanliness and organization
  • Follow strict food safety and sanitation standards
  • Work as part of a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen
  • Help maintain inventory and prep levels throughout service
  • Continue learning and improving every day

Preferred Experience

  • Sushi experience is preferred but not required.
  • Fine dining or upscale restaurant experience is a plus.
  • Knife skills are a bonus.
  • We are willing to train the right individual with the right attitude.

 

Compensation

  • Competitive hourly pay based on experience
