The Rabbit Hole VR is Tennessee’s premier free-roam virtual reality entertainment venue, combining cutting-edge VR technology with outstanding guest service to create unforgettable experiences.
The Lead VR Attendant plays a key role in the daily operation of the venue. In addition to providing exceptional guest experiences, this position serves as a shift leader capable of overseeing daily operations, supporting fellow staff and ensuring the venue operates smoothly during assigned shifts.
This position is ideal for someone who wants to give guests an epic experience and takes initiative without being asked to get things done.
Responsibilities
Guest Experience:
- Welcome guests and ensure every visitor has an outstanding experience
- Assist guests in and out of VR equipment
- Sanitize VR equipment between every guest
- Teach gameplay and provide guidance throughout each session
- Monitor VR software and proactively assist players before they need help
- Load multiplayer games and coordinate group experiences
Venue Operations:
- Assist with opening and closing procedures (training provided)
- Operate the point-of-sale system and process guest payments
- Resolve routine customer issues and know when to escalate more complex situations
- Ensure the venue remains clean, organized and presentation-ready throughout each shift
Team Support:
- Serve as the shift leader when assigned
- Assist with shift transitions and keeping sessions running on schedule
- Communicate operational issues to the Venue Operations Manager
- Take ownership of assigned responsibilities without requiring constant direction

Schedule:
- Part-time (approximately 15–20 hours per week)
- Evenings and weekends required
- Additional hours may be available during school breaks, holidays and private events
