Position Description / Responsibilities

Are you looking for a career in Insurance to replace your job? Elam-Smith Agency in Nashville, TN is looking for an experienced insurance sales producer to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for selling insurance products to customers utilizing the phone, email, and/or video conference. You will be responsible for selling insurance products that will match our leads needs for customized Business or Personal insurance. Using your prior experience, it will help provide your foundation to start in a new system with us here at Farmers!

Position Requirements

-P&C Licensed in TN

-Life and Health license is a BONUS

-6mth-1yr in ACTIVE insurance sales

-Active listener

-Ability to quickly build rapport

-Ability to operate computer quickly and efficiently while on the phone as well

-Ability to pass background, and fingerprint check

-Commission based sale experience will be considered first

-Ability to work M-F 10:00a-6:30p

-Accepts $33,000 base+ commission as salary rate
