The Maintenance Dispatcher is responsible for assisting internal and external business partners by answering calls, creating work orders, and coordinating repairs for the maintenance department. Other responsibilities include controls key distribution to contractors and staff, dispatches maintenance personnel during emergencies, helps prepare Everbridge communication messages, distributes work permits, red tag impairments, coordinates MNAA’s fire system operations, facility inspections, and assists with other projects as assigned.
