In this position, you’ll be responsible for troubleshooting and completing a wide range of repairs throughout the community, including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and appliance installations. You’ll complete resident service requests in a timely and professional manner, assist with maintaining the exterior of the property to ensure strong curb appeal, and follow all OSHA, health, safety, and environmental regulations. Additional duties may be assigned as needed to support daily operations.
We’re looking for someone with at least one year of related maintenance experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. Strong HVAC troubleshooting skills are important, and HVAC certification is strongly preferred, with EPA Type I and II certifications being a plus. The ideal candidate communicates clearly, stays organized, can manage multiple tasks at once, and meets deadlines consistently. This role requires participation in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and may require a valid driver’s license.
