This is a remote job but you must live in Tennessee.

We develop custom web, mobile and desktop applications, and business analytics for our customers. We are seeking a full-time Robotic Process Automation (RPA) developer to join our team to develop custom automations using Power Automate Desktop and/or other RPA platforms and work in conjunction with our software and database team. The successful applicant will participate in the full life-cycle duties. This includes the design, development, testing, documentation, installation, and support of the applications.

*Essential Job Functions

  • Automation Development: Proficiency in designing and building automation workflows using Power Automate Desktop, including scripting and integrating with other systems.
  • Process Analysis: Ability to analyze and map out business processes to identify automation opportunities and design effective automation solutions.
  • Problem-Solving and Debugging: Strong troubleshooting skills to identify, analyze, and resolve issues in automated workflows, including handling exceptions and optimizing performance.
  • Scripting and Programming: Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python, or C#) and the ability to write custom scripts to enhance automation capabilities.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Effective communication skills to work with business stakeholders, gather requirements, document processes, and ensure that automation solutions meet business needs.

Position Requirements

*Education and Experience

  • 2+ years’ experience developing custom Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
  • Power Automate Desktop (or similar)
  • Experience with the Microsoft O365 platform and Azure
  • Experience in integrating Power Apps with third-party applications using REST API, SOAP, etc.
  • Experience with complex workflows with multi UI windows
  • Experience with database integration for record retrieval and updates
  • Experience with custom scripting inside of RPA flows
