We develop custom web, mobile and desktop applications, and business analytics for our customers. We are seeking a full-time Robotic Process Automation (RPA) developer to join our team to develop custom automations using Power Automate Desktop and/or other RPA platforms and work in conjunction with our software and database team. The successful applicant will participate in the full life-cycle duties. This includes the design, development, testing, documentation, installation, and support of the applications.
*Essential Job Functions
- Automation Development: Proficiency in designing and building automation workflows using Power Automate Desktop, including scripting and integrating with other systems.
- Process Analysis: Ability to analyze and map out business processes to identify automation opportunities and design effective automation solutions.
- Problem-Solving and Debugging: Strong troubleshooting skills to identify, analyze, and resolve issues in automated workflows, including handling exceptions and optimizing performance.
- Scripting and Programming: Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python, or C#) and the ability to write custom scripts to enhance automation capabilities.
- Collaboration and Communication: Effective communication skills to work with business stakeholders, gather requirements, document processes, and ensure that automation solutions meet business needs.
