The Operations Manager is responsible for driving growth, efficiency, and accountability across all day-to-day operations at Two Sisters Maid to Clean. This role oversees scheduling, customer service, field operations, and team performance to ensure consistent service delivery and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive operational KPIs including revenue growth, client retention, technician performance, and job efficiency
- Manage and lead the admin team (scheduler, customer service, and sales support) to ensure daily execution and accountability
- Partner with field leadership to improve technician performance, reduce turnover, and maintain service quality
- Oversee scheduling efficiency to maximize technician productivity and route density
- Monitor and improve customer experience, including handling escalations and reducing cancellations
- Identify bottlenecks in operations and implement systems and process improvements
- Drive conversion from one-time clients to recurring services
- Ensure all systems (CRM, scheduling, workflows) are being used effectively and consistently
- Track, report, and review weekly and monthly performance metrics with leadership
