Position Description / Responsibilities

Sagemont is hiring a Transaction Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone of our deal pipeline.

This is a systems-driven operations role designed to elevate broker productivity, improve client experience, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

This is a full-time on-site role located in Nashville, TN.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in a coordination, operations, administrative, or project support role
  • Familiarity with task or workflow management tools (such as Asana, Monday, Trello, etc.)
  • Experience supporting multi-step processes or timelines

Position Requirements

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Listing Launch Execution
    • Manage launch workflows (Asana)
    • Coordinate marketing assets (photos, drone, signage, brochures)
    • Maintain listing records across platforms
    • Send weekly client updates
    • Drive go-live within 30 days
  • Deal Management
    • Capture and qualify new leads
    • Maintain Cadby as system of record (If it’s not in Cadby, it doesn’t exist.)
    • Advance deals from Prospect → Touring with minimal broker involvement
    • Coordinate tours and solicit feedback
    • Enforce pipeline discipline (no stagnant deals)
  • Landlord Reporting
    • Update deal data and maintain clean records
    • Send activity reports every 30 days
    • Keep clients informed and confident
  • Closeouts
    • Manage transaction closeout process
    • Complete files within 30 days of execution
