Area Advisory Councils
Area Advisory Councils (AACs) were established to help the Chamber stay connected to members across six distinct geographic regions of our service area. Chamber members connect to their AAC through collaborative experiences that highlight local businesses, encourage engagement, and strengthen our business community. Through Downtown, North, South, East, West, and Midtown members engage more deeply in the issues and opportunities that matter most to their piece of the region.
Event Cadence & Format
Each AAC hosts a consistent three-event cadence designed to foster meaningful connections, learning, and business visibility throughout the year:
Happy Hour:
Informal networking gatherings hosted at local venues that provide members an opportunity to build relationships in a relaxed, social environment.
Speed Networking:
Fast-paced, structured networking events that allow attendees to make multiple new business connections in one session, encouraging collaboration across industries.
Content Session:
Topical programs featuring panels, presentations, or discussions centered on business growth, community development, and relevant regional issues. These sessions are designed to inform, inspire, and provide actionable takeaways for attendees.
Pop-Up:
AAC Pop-Up Experiences are unique, member-driven events hosted in partnership with the Chamber to spotlight and engage our business community.
