Jennifer Poythress is the co-founder of The Rabbit Hole VR, a Nashville-based company specializing in immersive entertainment, virtual reality attractions, and VR consulting. Nashville natives (Jennifer and Mitchell Poythress) and high school sweethearts who met at Antioch High School, the husband-and-wife team founded the company in 2017 with the vision of making virtual reality accessible, engaging, and profitable for both consumers and entertainment operators.

Together, they launched Nashville’s first virtual reality arcade before expanding The Rabbit Hole VR into a nationally recognized consulting and integration company serving family entertainment centers, museums, developers, and attractions across North America. Their team provides VR attraction consulting, hardware distribution, installation, technical support, training, and operational guidance, helping clients successfully implement immersive experiences.

Jennifer leads the company’s marketing, communications, and business development efforts. Her hands-on experience as an operator gives her a practical perspective that has earned her a reputation as a trusted advisor within the immersive entertainment industry.

When she’s not helping clients bring virtual reality experiences to life, Jennifer is raising their daughter in Nashville and continuing to grow The Rabbit Hole VR. Their mission is to help businesses and communities create unforgettable experiences through innovative immersive technology.
