With more than 25 years of experience leading external audits and delivering services to PwC’s largest global insurance clients, Kelly brings deep industry knowledge and broad business insight to every engagement.
Kelly’s client experience includes large SEC-registered healthcare payers and global insurance companies. In addition to assisting clients in meeting recurring audit and financial reporting responsibilities, she has played significant roles in mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, emerging ESG and Artificial Intelligence initiatives, and securities offerings and registrations under the U.S. Securities Acts.
As a member of PwC’s Global Network of Key Talent Partners, Kelly is recognized for her ability to build collaborative relationships that drive problem-solving and lasting results. She combines technical expertise with a relationship-driven approach that inspires trust, confidence, and commitment among clients and teams.
As the Tennessee Market Managing Partner, Kelly leads more than 400 professionals in PwC’s assurance and consulting practice. She promotes giving back to the communities where we live and work, serves as culture officer for our people, and champions delivering the highest quality service to all clients.
