Before founding FocusWorks, Roberta served as Director of Education and Training for HCA, where she led national leadership initiatives supporting more than 60,000 employees. With over 30 years of experience, Roberta has worked with Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, universities, small businesses and nonprofits to drive strategic growth, increase engagement, and foster authentic, effective leadership.

A Nashville native, she holds a B.S. in Health Administration and Planning from Tennessee State University and Meharry Medical College and a MBA from TSU. She is known for her authenticity, impact, and deep commitment to empowering others.
