Dr. Tim Darrah is an Army veteran, former NASA Fellow, former Deloitte, Assistant Professor at Vanderbilt University, and the CEO & Co-Founder of Mangrove. Tim is a complex systems thinker and has spent his career building AI systems in high-risk environments where mistakes carry real consequences. Tim teaches data science, generative AI, and agentic finance, and is passionate about education, especially as it relates to AI safety & reliability. Tim is an active agentic developer having made over 7,000 contributions to open-source and proprietary repositories this year alone.
