To achieve these goals, the Talent Solutions Council will operate through a structured approach, convening both a steering committee and working groups. Executive-level stakeholders will provide guidance, while working groups composed of HR and talent professionals will meet quarterly to tackle critical workforce challenges.

Leveraging the Chamber’s networking position, this initiative will communicate widely, align policies, and connect Talent Solutions Council members with stakeholders implementing best practices.
